WePhone - free phone calls & international calling App Reviews

The app is a cinch to use and certainly rates 5 stars. It seems that I can call almost any place to any place. All I need is wifi. It is so easy.

Any one knows similar app better?

Good emergency phone app for VOIP calling. Also great for using on an iPad that has no cellular built in. Only needs good wifi connection.
